Quality & Trust
Our quality claims are structural: they describe what the system refuses to do, not a score we would like you to believe.
One answer is not treated as truth
Where policy requires it, a second independent pass runs blind, and disagreement goes to QA rather than being resolved silently.
Uncertainty is a valid answer
A reviewer may record that a case cannot be determined. We do not push people to guess.
Unfinished work blocks delivery
A snapshot cannot be generated while the work behind it is outstanding, and a disputed field never quietly falls back to its old value.
Delivered versions stay delivered
A revision produces a new version. The one you already have remains byte-for-byte what you received.
Completed history is sealed
Submitted decisions and completed adjudications cannot be edited or deleted through the application.
