How It Works
Six stages, each leaving a record. Nothing advances on assumption.
Verified Data Path
- Source Data Client records arrive as an immutable ORIGINAL dataset.
- Detection Deterministic profiling raises findings against defined reason codes.
- Evidence Findings carry the source context a reviewer needs to judge them.
- Human Verification A qualified person confirms, corrects, or records that they cannot determine.
- QA Independent adjudication where two reviewers disagree or escalate.
- Verified Output A reproducible FINAL snapshot, traceable field by field.
-
Controlled intake
Your data is stored as an immutable ORIGINAL dataset with a checksummed copy of the file you sent.
-
Deterministic detection
Configured detectors raise findings against defined reason codes. No model decides what is wrong.
-
Qualified verification
Tasks reach only workers qualified for that task category and authorised on that project.
-
Independent reverification
Where policy requires it, a different reviewer sees the same case without the first answer.
-
QA adjudication
Disagreement and escalation go to an independent reviewer who is neither of the first two.
-
Verified delivery
A FINAL snapshot is generated only when the work behind it has actually concluded, then exported and delivered.
